Aright you yankees its time to vote on the location and day for our first annual NE board meet.

The 3 choices are

1-Matt67C10 's place Slatington, PA
2- NitroMike 's place DeSales University in Center
Valley,PA.
3-my place (jc) 990 west veterans hwy Jackson NJ 08527

And as far as the date goes this was narrowed down by the dates the majority of you guys notified me that you can attend

if a saturday date is chosen the rain date will be sunday

we knew from the begining that we might not be able to accomadte everyone as far as place and time , but hey were trying are best.

the dates are still a ways off so hopfully everyone get plan ahead so you can be available to attend

this will be a family freindly type of meet
all that we ask that you bring is a good attitude, and hopefully a

it is on!! aug 26th everyone will be reminded at least 2 weeks before and the week of by a pm by myself and the treads will be braught upto the top daily

I'll be setting the time shortly and getting back to everyone about what to bring. I'm kinda short on lawn chairs, so you'll want to bring your own. I'll supply the hamburgers and hotdogs and be sure to keep my crazy dogs in their outdoor run, as Mike can attest. I don't want Zauber to try to eat anyone this year. I'm thinking 1:00pm? Thoughts?

I'm supplying burgers, hot dogs (my dogs will be away at the trainer, so you don't have to be concerned about being eaten) chips, potato salad bottled water and soda. All are welcome to bring beer, sides, munchies and their appetite.
I'm very short on any kind of seating, so you'll want to bring your own lawn chair, I've got a few. I'll either post or pm directions, depending on what people prefer.
You're welcome to bring spouses, significant others, kids, the more the merrier.

I am trying to clear my saturday for this. I hope to be there. Please send directions off I78 I figure about a 2 1/2-3 hour drive.
