Can anybody recomend a good safe password manager program?

Don't use them :\

I think Google Toolbar has one built-in, doesn't it?
I hate Symantec/Norton products, but their all-in-one system has one also.

I personally found out the hard way if I use a manger, I forget my passwords :D Then, when the pw manager crashes, I'm seriously screwed :(
