I know I am missing something. My 86 Blazer has really slow wipers and windows. My memory sucks and i can't remember what causes this.
Good battery/alt , I am thinking grounds or coroded terminals in the fuse block...........I think it's a simple problem what's the answer?
The basics are covered battery/alt/ battery cables, what's next, need to sell it and want to fix it but not chase my tail or put more money in it...........

Thanks,
Steve

Slow power windows can usually be helped with a lubricant in the felt window tracks. Slow wipers, might be rust in the linkage, or in the wiper arm bases that come through the cowl. Electrically, make sure their is a good ground path from these motors to the battery (through the chassis).

For the felt window channels, I use graphite. To free up the wiper linkage, blaster is about the best penetrating oil I have found.
