After looking at all the billet on that dash, next to the PLASTIC chromed A/C vents, I decided to order a pair of these:

OK, never mind! Just kidding! I called Hot Rod Air to order a pair of those vents. $110.00 EACH, plus shipping. I guess I'll keep the chrome ones for another year or so.......

Well, I got all the components removed from the dash, and got the rest of the perimeter welded up and ground down. Not a lot of progress, but at least now I can start spreading filler and getting the dash ready for primer.

nice to see some progress.....your dash is looking killer.... i don't know if Alex ever told you but i ended up buying my old truck back from him...body is back off the frame at the media blasters now....keep up the nice work.
