Finally scored the correct GMC one for my old girl. This gate is in great shape. I live in the rust free south west. Mild surface rust from being left in a cheap priemer but it's straight and clean. All yours for $40 plus actual shipping from 85032. As an estimate, I just bought my GMC gate from a guy in PA and it was about $30 to ship. I am new at shipping to a seller, I am willing to ship with whoever you want as long as they are in my area. Please respond only in this thread.

I read the whole build up of your truck. You are making me green with envy! I looked at a 56 that came from Colorado. Very clean for a 50 year old truck. Someone cobbled 74 Blazer axles, NP205 transfer case, TH350 Tranny in the truck :crazy: They used two 3" channel steel to raise the rear end! The only good point was the body and the 454 under the hood. He wants $2500 for it, and I think he's crazy. I'll give him a couple weeks, then offer him $1800 and see if he bites.

I hope that works out, it sounds liks a reasonable price to me if the body is that nice. Hey a good running BBC these days is pricey by itself. Hope to see a thread started on your build up soon. Thanks for the props on my project, she coming along, a little slower than I was hoping for but where we are getting there.
