I start windows up and it loads up just fine but when i go to start other programs it takes it sweet time. It doesn;t even act like i ask it to start a program. It'll take almost a minute to load up a program. Once the program is loaded they run fine. Any clue?

Another thing. my CPU is running at 100% right now. So the Window task manager says.

This problem started this morning. Last night it was running and working fine.

seems the file explorer.exe is taking up all of the CPU. Any idea why?

Could be any number of things. Can you provide a Hijackthis log, just to look at?
