Hi,
I now have a load of parts for my truck including anti roll bars (sway bars), panhard, various brackets etc. I'd like to paint them up before putting on the truck.

Can I just prime Cad Plated parts and paint them or do I need to rough them up first before applying primer. If I do this will it kill the plating?
