Ok- I have a classic body Suburban K2500 that just developed a tranny leak. Just came home and the left side undercarriage is soaked with tranny fluid. Truck hasn't been driven much in the last 6 months or so. I drove it long distance for the first time in weeks on Thursday ( 100 miles round trip to work) and Friday. Noticed the oil down tonight when I got home.

truck has 454/ 4L80E combo. The best I can see is some fluid draining around the transfer case split. Is there a seal or something on the lower side that may have deteriorated enough to just start pouring fluid?

The truck only has 84XXX miles on it. I know that isn't real low miles but compared to my 01 Dually ( 145XXX), it is!

I would appreciate any and all information you guys may have on this subject. I really don't want to think about trading it off, but if this could be something serious, I may consider it.
