View Full Version : Sierra has new rims...again KCW 08-16-2006, 01:06 AM Check out the new rims I ordered and had installed on the Sierra http://www.truckblog.com/gallery/gallery.asp?gid=214&JumpTo=0%7C755 Palf70Step 08-16-2006, 10:33 PM Nice! 97silv5.7 08-17-2006, 01:44 AM looks real good:c2: KCW 08-18-2006, 02:07 PM Thanks.....Hey warning to all. My brakes went out on my GMC this morning on the freeway. I was able to get it parked safely but what a scare. First look at it shows the union on the rear end fitting is leaking. Thats where the dripping is from. The dealer is coming to get it to evaluate.....I guess Im due having 1700 miles on her already. LOL I still really like it.....I hope they get her fixed soon. :metal: Joe67 08-18-2006, 03:48 PM Nice choice - great truck  NitroMike 08-19-2006, 04:25 PM How much drop did you install at each corner, 2" front -4" back? KCW 08-21-2006, 01:04 AM Yes...2-4 drop.....thanks for the compliments N2TRUX 08-23-2006, 11:34 PM That looks sweet. It makes me wish I had bought red rather than black, but I'll do that when the new ones come out. What size wheel/tire is that? KCW 08-25-2006, 09:42 AM The rims are 22's I can check tire size when I get it back from GM....its been there for a week. Still no brakes and it leans to the left 5/8 of an inch. Im gonna bring it home today and fix it myself if they dont have it done. Does anyone wonder why Gm is in trouble? its not the quality of the vehicles. Its thier service departments that cant fix basic stuff. Off my soap box now....LOL I just dont know why procrastination is the rule there. phantom dually 08-30-2006, 10:42 PM Nice look!!
