Kurt L 08-18-2006, 06:48 PM who is stacy?i want a bed like we put in our 67's,72's.not one that you can take out. gmcracing92 08-21-2006, 12:18 AM the old host of TRUCKS on spike tv! dont know of any kinds to replace the floor with wood, just the one he put on top to give it that look. Kevin45 12-29-2006, 06:08 AM I went to a car show last year and a guy had a square body with a wood floor. I asked him where he got it and he said he had to make it himself. He bought the filler strips, got some oak planking, cut it down and fit it to the bed using bedliner in between. It looks super. As soon as I resize the pics I will post them. I am thinking of doing it to my shortbox. It realy changes the looks. Kevin mbgmike 12-29-2006, 10:54 AM We had a customer call and he is putting a wood floor in his Ranger to cover up his Hydraulics. He said it would only be about a 10" deep bed He just wanted to buy the strips and he is going to hinge the wood so he can show off the suspension. Kevin45 12-31-2006, 07:33 AM Found the pics. wannabelow 01-20-2007, 02:12 PM pm classicchev i know he has made a few custom kits for some people and he can make it out of what ever wood u want hes in calgary alberta Kurt L 01-21-2007, 06:46 PM okay tell me how to find him on board and i'll pm him.i tried search didn't work. 1LoC10 01-21-2007, 06:52 PM http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/private.php?do=newpm&u=9987 Kurt L 01-24-2007, 07:21 PM thanks for the info,i know it's a little late but i just pmd classic chevy 84 400 02-03-2007, 10:36 PM There is a guy that makes the kit they used over the bed floor on the "black jack" silverado on trucks. I am having a hard time rembering the name. Kevin45 02-05-2007, 03:52 AM I guess Bruce Horkey makes floors up to '87. Here is the site http://www.horkeyswoodandparts.com/ Kevin45 02-05-2007, 03:58 AM Couldn't edit my last post. Bruce Horkey has what they call the Show Deck. Goes over the existing floor. Rather pricey though I think at $1000. Kurt L 02-05-2007, 07:43 PM yeah thanks not looking for a cover i'm trying to find some one that makes them.i think my 91 would look great with one in it.
