You can scan again, put a checkmark next to each of these lines, then click the "Fix" button:

O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Gamma Loader.lnk = ?
O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Reader Speed Launch.lnk = C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\reader_sl.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE

These are just pre-loaders for MS Office and Adobe Acrobat/Photoshop/etc. These three items are not required to load at boot and are actually eating up resources. The rest of the stuff - I'd leave it alone (the Yahoo! stuff, etc.) - if you still feel like things are booting up slow, let me know.

no not really ,something about a file , did say it sent a copy to my clipboard ?

Meanwhile, I'd "scan only" again with Hijackthis just to be 100% sure it "fixed" those lines.
