I uninstalled Firefox & before I did that I saved my bookmarks to a HTML file in My Documents.How do I move them to IE?
Question #2- I want to change my home page in IE & when I go to Tools-Internet options-type in what I want my home page to be & click apply, it does not change it.

I normally go to the page I want for a home page first, then go into the tools, Internet Options and tell it use current.

Also, If you just have IE now you may need to go back and check the box that say make IE your default browser. I also remember when I removed Firefox for a while, I had to go back into file manager and change the default properties of HTML...etc back to IE, as the uninstall did not change them back.

I know it gave me a few hiccups going back to IE and many remained until I ungradded to IE7, then the defaults got set back right, well as right as the can be with Microsoft.

For your bookmarks, go under file, import & export. It should open the import wizard, which will let you pick the file.
