I have an iMac and im having trouble resizing my pictures. Ive been using iPhoto to resize them and they change from really huge to 640 pixels but the file size stays the same. Any ideas on how to get the file size to 100k or less? The FAQ would help if I had a PC but I don't.

These help me resize it, but the file size is staying the same size. Why? How can I reduse the size to fit this site? I must not be smart enough to use this iMac.

Just a thought, are your pics in JPEG format. I dont know about mac but on a pc the files are usually too large in other formats.
