I recently bought a 1971 from my buddy. It really has no body problems, execept one spot of rust right above the drivers side drip rail. There is about a 4x1.5 inch hole that curves around the roof towards the window, as shown in the picture. Is this a hard spot to fix? How should I go about getting it repaired?

yes and in that area generally there is a lot more hidden because rust starts from the inside out.
