is the 05 hood a direct bolt on for the 06? i like the "cowl" look of the 06, but they should have tapered it down in front like the 05. i was wondering if the 05 would fit my 06???

thanks man. looks like since the hinges and latch are the same, it should work. i'm assuming the fenders are the same so the the lines should be right and everything. thanks for the info!

I don't think that is going to be the easy part. I would imagine there is someone wanting do do just the opposite swap, though. I would try an ad on Craigslist or something of the sort.

An 05 hood will go onto an 06 but why... the 06 HD hoods are much sexier.
