Hey all, I am new to this site but not new to forums. I am also a longtime member to www.crownvic.net. I figured that I would juoin a forum with other people that enjoy their trucks as much as I do. Well lets get to buisness, I have a 1967 C10 Fleetside longbox. My Sig explains pretty much all the mods at this time on the truck. I am doing a full ground up resto mod, using damn near all new pars. The frame and all suspension parts are powder coated Hugger orange. The chassis is finally complete and I am just getting started on doing some patch pannel work on a 67 small window cab to replace the old rotted one, along with smoothing out the wood floor box. Long ways to go, but I am about a third done I guess you could say, lots of sweet things to come. I will try to post up some pics, and I will keep every one updated on the progress. I will answer any questions you may have, and I am sure I will have a few questions of my own.
If you were wondering, my screen name is Junkyard Dog because I got the truck from my uncle who was about 2 days away from sending it to the scrapper, kind of the same situation for the donor truck. Oh yeah it was originally a V8 4 speed truck with wood bed.

The first pic is shortly after I got it, next is at athe bginning of its reconstruction, next is with the motor and tranny just installed, and last one on the left is a pretty recent pic but there is alot more done since then. The last one on the left is just to show how serious i am about this truck:metal:

Welcome from south Alabama. nice truck, I really like the way the frame turned out. I thought about going with something other than black on mine but just couldn't picture it. wish i'd have seen yours before i went black. good luck and keep us posted.

Thanks for all the continued warm welcomes Guys and Gals. Man some of you have some very impressive Fleets of trucks and cars, I only have my C10 and my Grand Marquis M71. But as I am finding out that these old trucks are quite an addiction, I am sure mine will have a stable mate some day:)
