View Full Version : Rear speakers bigred70k20 09-25-2006, 01:34 AM I dont want to put the 4x6 rear speakers back in the same spots in my ex-cab 1991 chevy. I would like to use 6x9's. Where are some good place to put them, what have you all cone?? Pleasehelp me, pictures would help.... Personally I would just put some 5 1/4"s with the adapter plate in there.... neev_nav 10-03-2006, 05:18 PM It can be done, but the panel has to actually be cut. The 6x9 magnet sits where the stock 4x6 was and the speaker actually mounts to the panel.
