ok so i recently came across a 84 silverado and it has some electrical problems that i know someone can help me out with. :)
1. the headlights do not work nor the running lights front and back.
2. the power windows dont go up or down

but.. the turn signals and brake lights work could this be the headlight switch? and is the a fuse for the windows any help is greatly appreciated

Windows are a seperate harness, check that the ground is hooked up, and check the silver circuit breakers that run both the power locks, and power windows.

Headlights, and running lights sounds like the headlight switch to me!

the light problem is more than likely the headlight switch

Had a friend just replace the headlight switch on his k5 and he had to break off one of the points on the back, cant really remember which it may be different depending on the switch you buy. Just something to keep in mind if you install a new switch. Without that he kept blowing fuses.
