This seems somewhat related, but ... has there ever been any discussion of implementing a 'buyer/trader' rating system like that which is used over at ls1tech.com? Do you guys know what I'm talking about? It's very similar to eBay feedback. Your "Trader rating" is in parenthesis next to your nickname.

Seems to be a plugin for vB, IIANM.

used it on MOT and it is to easily fudged with IMO. anyone can leave negative feedback etc wo a sale n such, unless they figured a way around that in a newer release.

I think in the latest version you can allow moderation, where the admins and/or mods are notified when feedback is left and they OK it based on the URL the person enters into the feedback area.

Most require a linke to the sale thread when leaving the feedback, so mods can validate.

Maybe I'll peek into how it works later.
