Are ther any guidelines on posts I hit the new threads every night when I get home and it seems like 50% have been on there forever.

So I guess you have not stopped by our welcome center to post a little about yourself and your project or interests. Stay with me now, if all the new folks would post and get involved there would be a lot of new threads out there for the new and old alike to read and comment on . Then you wouldn't have to make your first post to site feedback to ask about guidelines. You would be to busy posting and talking with other members. I hope this helps answer your question.
