racerman85 11-22-2006, 11:49 PM Hey guys. This is my first post on this website and I just wanted to stop in and say hey and introduce myself... I'm 16, I currently drive a ranger but I purchased a 1967 LWB fleetside C10 complete with all of the patch panels in running shape for $1000. I am rebuilding it for my senior project.
I have experience in welding, fabricating and some bodywork because I also race motocross and my brother, my dad, and I all race Xtreme Stock cars on the dirt oval. I helped build two of our cars, a Camaro and a Malibu.
I have been racing motocross for 12 years, and it is pretty much the center of my life (for the most part).
What i'm here for... Like I said i'm planning on restoring my 67' but i'm going to drop it and put bigger wheels, but it will be a frame-off "restoration". I have most of it planned out, but its all up to me to actually create it. I am willing to hear ideas and stuff, which is why i'm also here!

I was told the cab is virgin, and has never been touched (minus a pathetic attempt at a patch job)

I've got all of the patch panels (both cab corners, both rocker panels, inner rocker panel, and front and rear cab floor supports), along with cab mount kit, matching locks/ignition (yes I kept the originals), and a few other misc. parts. Also included with the truck was an extra set of brake/reverse lenses, the original manual, and an original complete V8 dash w/ all of the gauges and wiring harness.
What do you guys think?
Bandit76 11-28-2006, 01:43 AM Cool truck man. Good score. A thread for your project works well it would seem. One day I will get my round tuit.
Peace and :welcome2:
