68 panel wagon. All blinkers and clearance lights work as they should. Dash lights all o.k. Brake lights fine, except, when you step on the brake, all left turn signal lights light up. Front, back, and dash indicator. They glow solid. If you turn on left turn signal before or after stepping on brake, they blink. What the....?Also seem to have lost retreat lights. Tried new bulbs and fuses, no go.
Any ideas?

Check for bad grounds, and also for an incorrect bulb. Sometimes a single-filament bulb will find its way into a dual-filament socket, and things get weird.

Just top off the blinker fluid, and check the preload on your muffler bearing.

Sorry I was of no assistance, but I cant help myself

Blinker fluid reservoir cap is metric, and I lost my metric crescent wrench.

Forgot to mention one important thing in original post. Does not matter if key is on for brake switch to turn on left turn signals. Every time you step on the pedal, left signals all light up.
