I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get just the wiring harness for the engine compartment for a 66' C10 6cyl with factory gauges?

Try Ron Francis & Painless, but you will probably end up making one from scratch, or buying one from a junk truck (if you can find a good one). If you decide to try making one, you can get lots of tech advice right here.

I have also used LMCTruck.com for an engine wiring harness. It was plug and play and arrived quickly in the mail. You just want to be sure that what YOU are calling an engine wiring harness is the same as what the catalogue represents...you don't want to find that they call it something else (headlight harness, ignition harness), just because it's also under the hood.

M & H makes probably the most identical replacement harness for your application. www.wiringharness.com

Hey thanks. I once again looked at the LMC catalogue and missed the seperate harness options. They were a little more expensive than the one at brothers, and they finally fixed their site! I also got a discount due to their new december sale! I also noticed that the harness names in the LMC catalogue are a little odd, but thanks guys, appreciate it. Suposedly the hrarness im getting is a direct swap in, but i'll have to see when it arrives, probably a day or two. Thanks again......

I've got an M&H engine harness to go in mine, its even been made specifically to run an HEI rather than points dizzy, just plugs right in and has all the right connectors on it.
