I am need of replacing on of he kick panels on my 69,it doesnt appear to have rusted the floor or the rocker panels.My question is do you have to replace these items any way to get to the kick panel?

I've just done one of my kick panels at the same time as the inner and outer rockers and door pillar bottom. I can't see how you would get to it easily to remove the old one without removing the rocker unless you could just cut it out and patch it. From my experience if the kick panel is rusted out you'll find more rust once you start, I wasn't expecting the bottom of the door pillar to be toast but it was. May as well do the job properly!
