I downloaded the trial version of CS2 but my computer won't let me install it. It can't open it, what should I open the file with? It is a DMG file.

Ok I have tired and can't seem to get it to work, I don't really know what I am doing so I don't have a clue what is going wrong. Do you have any other suggestions shifty?

Yeah - do you have a Mac? Because I think DMG is a Macintosh format. Where did you download it from? Go back there and download the PC version of the software.

No I am using window xp, I went to download.com I didn't even look at what system it was downloading for :crazy: . Thanks shifty I will go and retry.
