I just bought a 55 Chevy 3100 stepside but the 6 lug front hubs that hold on the rims are gone. Does anyone know if any Chevy 6 lug rim can be used to replace them? thanks.

Are you missing the Hub with the lug bolts or the wheel ?
I used late model 6 lug ralley wheels for my 59

I think 54 Chevy jpassenger car hubs and drums will convert it to 5 Lug
