Rick, thanks again for the great deal on the tailgate! It looks like it will match up almost perfectly with the rest of my truck.:metal:

Well I made it home last night around 10:30PM PDT, and my pillow felt too good to post right then. Great to meet everybody, a nicer group of folks you could not find. Thanks josh, liz, and BOSS for their hard work and hospitality.

Finally made it home around 9PM on Mon. The wife and I took our time getting home. Thanks to Boss for letting us hang out at your place. I had a great time and made some new friends. I think my wife enjoyed herself, even though she smelled like A/C all weekend.

better than what I smelled like.
(actually, for those that didn't sit beside me, I was told I did not smell at all... just for the record)

Are you sure it had nothing to do with the new fuel filter? Engines run better when they get a proper amount of fuel... (A little combustion engine 101???):)

Hmmm, I didn't even think about that... lol

it was probably a combination of the two.
The hood gave it a better flow through the air... like a fast back or the dreaded 80's hatch back did.
While a fuel filter will help, it still took X gallons per hr, if it was at 1/8th throttle, or 1/4 throttle.
In theory anyways.

Just rolled in. Spent a couple of days in Branson, then down to Arkansas to look after a couple of things for the "family business", then straight home. The A/C stopped working in Arkansas however. Other than that a great trip was had by all. It was great meeting everyone. I will post more later on, really, extremely tired right now, drove over 1,200 kms. today. The worst traffic happened in Ontario which was great, since I know the back way home.
