My dad had one of these when he had his repair shop & used it a lot. I told him I wanted one so he found me a buzzer & I put the wires on it. If you ever use a test light, you get the idea of this. The best part is it makes noise instead of a light coming on. It makes tail light wiring so easy. I used it the other day to test for voltage on my starter. This is an old ford door buzzer with aligator clips on the wires. Please move this post to where it belongs. Thanks...

Awesome idea since you are sometimes it a position that you can't see a meter or light but you would be able to hear. In my case it would have to be extra loud...:)

I need one of those with a flasher and light also.Longer leads so I can just put it next to me.I'm getting LLLLLLLAAAAZZZZZZZZYYYYYYYYYYYY in my old age.

I think it was an older car, mid 70's LTD I think. Ill look through my toolbox & see if I have another one or at least get a part number for you...

Im sure a quick trip to an auto recycler would get you one for almost free. Any 2 wire buzzer or chime would do the trick...

Thanks..........They cut up a 2004 cavaleer at votech here awhile back I'll check with them and see if they happen to have one
