Or should I say cheap dastarbs plug wire separators? :lol:

Anyway, all you need to do is wrap all the wires with one tie, but dont pull it tight. Then wrap one smaller tie between each of the others. Pull each one a little at a time until you have what looks like the pic. I prefer the small ties, but its up to you. Its all I ever use, just turn the cut ends toward the bottom...

I've been doin that for years, it's the best way to keep em in order n route em without the wires fallin out the lil clip in style ones...

I think I found it in an old hot rod mag a long time ago. They were showing the top 100 easy tips or something...

That is a neat trick that I learned a couple of years ago when I was working on a top fueler. That is the exact way we did it.
