I got my efans and a controller. I have not upgraded my alternator yet..
Anyway...was wondering if anyone who has done this or (not) has some pics of their wiring.
I know I need to wire to battery, and ignition on, and a/c. I want to see how others have done this, so I can get an idea of where I can go with the wires. I want to do it right the first time, and not have to worry about it. Pics would be ideal.
thx for any help.

I don't have any pics, but I did several upgrades at one time, serpentine setup, 100 amp alternator, headlight relays, electric fans wired with relays. I don't have a controller for my fans yet, they're just wired to come on with the ignition.

i ran a 3 position switch, on off on . one wire from ign unfused to the middle post on my switch. i used 2 relays (40 amp bosch style) one on wire to one relay, and another on wire to another relay. i ran a big 8 or 10 gage wire from the battery to a junction block. when 1 relay is powered up it runs the motors full speed with about 10.5 volts draw. i run the other relay through an old ballast resistor that drops the voltage to the motor to about 4.5 volts for the low speed setting. i used 4 giant sized zip ties (police hogties) through the fins on my radiator to hold up the fans i have. my fans are either audi or beemer and they really pull when theyre powered up vtblazer has a detailed post with pics in the 69-72 blazer section. if you see my post there are links to his post in it. my pics are not all that good because i took mine after i finished.
