since i am a gluton for punishment i cant do just one project at a time. i am looking at puting a lil more umph in my daily driver 89 gmc sonoma 4.3. i have a spare 350 sitting around sooooo i think i want to shoe horn it in. the question is how much trouble is it to convert the throtle body over to work on the 350? i can go to the salvage yard of choice and pick up a intake and throtle body and distributor. but is their a better year or model to look for? is it as easy as just changing the prom from my ecm or do you have to get a ecm for a v8? after doing a lil searching i have found a few companies that offer the swap in kit with mounts,radiator,starter,headers etc.
