Hello all,
I've decided I need to restore my old 1972 Chevy 4x4 truck and I think I'm going to need some advice and input before I start. Sorry, the only picture I have of the truck on my computer right now is from about 1974... no, I don't look that young any more :whine: , and my son in the picture has his own 72 Blazer. Anyway, I've got some battle scars from the Sierra Nevada's and a good amount of surface rust from Pismo Beach, but otherwise she's basically, just worn out. I bought the truck new and she still only has about 90k miles on her; she's a fully loaded Cheyenne short bed step-side 4x4 automatic that I would like to restore to respectable road-worthy condition. Thanks in advance for any helping comments and advise, I'll try to send in some better pictures soon and follow-up with some of the challanges I'm going to face.
