Dont have any pics but I bought a couple clear flush mount lights from Fender Bender Inc. Cheapest I found, close to 15.00 for two shipped.

take a stroll threw your local wrecking yard and nose around under what they have there that might give you an idea......

I don't have a roll pan, but this is what I used.http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cbe/0024.asp Frame with a built in light. I'm definately happy with it. Nice clean look.
