Would be the best supplier for all the air bag equipment I'm going to need any one know or should I just pay the ridicoulous brokerage fees?

Do you have any friends over on the US side? Maybe they could buy the bags for you and you drive the truck over the border and install bags on this side? Just tossing an idea out there...have no idea if it would work for you.

Just get it shipped USPS, no nasty brokeage fees that way. However, that said, there are plenty of suppliers who sell air bag stuff here in Canada. Looks like it costs more initially, but when you factor in the exhange rate, and shipping / brokerage costs, its usually only a few bucks more expensive here than there. I don't usually bother buying south of the border anymore, unless its coming off ebay...

You could try Wadson's in Edmonton (no website yet I guess).I saw their add in a Classics Autotrader and gave them a call to see what was what.
They only deal with ART stuff though. (780)444-2866.
I tend to agree with Russel,I ordered a bunch of stuff from SD and was real happy till a month later when I got a bill from the border for $150 worth of brokerage fees! >:(

I know of two vendors in Alberta that sells bags. McGyver's Street Rod Products in Edmonton (www.macgyvers.com), I think they sell em for about $100 a piece. You could also try Hotrods & Cool Cars Inc in Airdrie (www.hotrods.ca). I bought my airbags from California 10 years ago, I bet you'd get em cheaper up here.

I bought my Air Ride Technologies equipment from Lowriders unlimited (www.lowriders.ca). They are located in Vancouver and I am extremely happy with the service and prices I got from them. I dealt with a guy called Danny and he was extremely helpful. Mopac also carries Air Ride Technologies in Canada but I would recommend Lowriders because they are an Air Ride company, not just a parts distributor.

FYI, the US price from the Air Ride website for the equipment I bought was $1350 and Lowriders sold it to me for $1500 Canadian (plus tax). Excellent price IMO.

i think i will do that i went to mopac on saturday and got told to wait until my wallet fattens up so i walked out, not sure why they would tell a customer that but they did also didnt help they wanted $750 for a front set up consisting of 2 firestone 2600 bags and 4 brackets so $120 for each bag so that mean there charging me $510 for 4 plates and some pipe?

That stuff would run ya 345 at our shop and we only use slam bags.

hey Rob about half hour after I called you about the airride stuff the guy i was originally dealing with called me back and offered to throw in the valves and upgrade me to a 7 gallon tank all at the same price he originally quoted me. Sorry about that But I do appreciate your time in helping me
