the bracket is striped and i have the new one but and figure out how to get to the old one. i have the panel off and the 2 screws out that are attached to it.

What exactly are you asking?

"how do i get the window crank off 59 apache" - The crank should come off by loosening a screw on the handle, under the part that comes out.

Is this the part you are trying to get off?

Or are you trying to get the window regulator out that the handle attaches to?

If so, then according to Brothers webpage...

This is of the mechanism which rolls your side windows up and down. When this item is worn, it makes it difficult or impossible to move the window. This gear and housing is installed by drilling out the old rivets, removing the worn gear and replacing it with this new gear and housing. Kit includes new rivets to complete the installation. Sold each.

the window regulator is the one, the problem is you cant get to the rivets. they are inside the door. i already have the panel off so i am ether missing something or there is another way of doing it?
