Does anyone know about carpet and underlay for a good soundproof and moisture resistant cab floor?

Sound barrier I used the same stuff water heaters are wrapped in for insulation. Works well for floor insulation and sound eliminator. I run a rubber floor mat over the insulation . Too many issues for carpet where I go.
