View Full Version : Hello from OKC
Okie Bucket 01-28-2007, 10:50 PM I've been hanging around here for awhile but just getting around to post. I would like to thank y'all for the wealth of inforamation on this site! I currently own a 67 stepper and a 69 LWB. Been working on the 67 for what seems like forever. I swapped the front crossmember for mid 70's, 5" drop in rear using ECE components and 3" front with spindles. I also swapped four speed granny for auto. I changed to five lug rear with more friendly highway gears (had 4.11) to match front bolt pattern. Has 350 that was sitting in six cylinder position but moved forward using later mounts I bought the 69 longbed more recently. It is one of the nicest, rustfree trucks that ive seen in awhile and couldnt pass for the price. I dont believe it has worked much in its life. I also needed something to drive to curb my addiction for these old trucks. It is a 350 auto truck with factory working air. Will probably sell this one when i get other truck finished as I also have a 69 Goat that I'm working on also. THANKS AGAIN. Greg
Welcome to the board from South Mississippi! :wop:
