I would love to see all of these great trucks in Kansas City for the 8th annual Midwest all Truck Nationals. The show will kick off on Friday September 7th at about 6 with an open cruise night (all vehicles welcome) and a live band and continue on Saturday the 8th 8-5. All Trucks welcome to show regardless of age make, make or model. Judging will be Saturday only, 66 classes with 1-3 in all classes with many special awards. I have been to the Topeka cruise/show the last 3 years and will be back again this year. Its one of the biggest and best you will find in KS.

I agree with jeff, the topeka show is an amazing show great cars, neat people and plenty of good music and cruising, a not to miss event diffantely

Do you know the exact dates this year? I'm trying to get my truck running so I can bring it up on its mayden voyage with new trans.

I havent been on here in about a year, so looks like I missed out.

Anyway, another one here from Wichita, and I just recently pulled my truck here from Texas so that makes it better

Dont think I will be able to go to the Neb meet, but it would be nice to meet up with other Wichita guys.

Big cruise night and show is this weekend in Topeka. Music, food and they are expecting over a thousand pre-78 vehicles. I am going to try and have my 71 parked on the North in end of Kansas near Schlotzsky's sandwich shop.

I HAVE A MAROON SWB FLEETSIDE 65 CHEVY. Wow I just realized I typed all in caps... I'm ready for car shows to get me going on ths thing. I have to talk to a media blasting shop there sat also.

I'm not familliar with Topeka. How would I get there from I-70, coming from Manhatan?

Just take 70 through town to the 6th street exit and hang a right, go 2 blocks to the west and you will hit Kansas avenue. The show is on Kansas between 6th and I believe 12th.

The Thursday Night Cruisers have started up again. The other night we had 5 67-72 trucks there. If you can make it, we meet at Wendy's on south 9th at 6:00.

Are there any shows, cruises, or meets coming up this year for the Topeka or Kansas City area? I'd like to hit a couple.

Just wondering if any of you are going to go up to the Midwest meet at Indian Cave State park in Nebraska this weekend? The weather is supposed to be great and I am planning to drive up Saturday morning and stay until late afternoon/evening and then come back. I am leaving Topeka at around 10:00AM on Saturday morning and driving up highway 75 into Nebraska. If anyone wants to follow along send me a PM and we can meet up somewhere along the way. Its a little over a 2 hour drive from Topeka.
Going to be a nice weekend to meet a few members and show off the old trucks!
