I know it's not manly, nor is it truck related, but if we all die young, then who will carry on our beloved addiction!? I recieved this list and decided that since some of us are coming to terms with our ever enlargening waists that it would help to see EXACTLY why these foods are good for us. Now we can make an effort to improve our health through a healthy eating style along with exercise. I hope you all can use it and put it to good use.

For me, Spinach, Beets and most greens (collards, mustard greens, turnip greens, etc.) are the key to me getting kidney stones, as are any other vegetable high in oxalates.

anything in moderation, such as "A" glass of wine vs a bottle! I am sure this is in general, as everybody is different, or even alergic. I'd guess if it'll kill you to eat it, then that might outweigh the benefit?!

protein, and manliness, I'm guessing. Good for muscles, as is tuna, considering they're high in protein (especially tuna) anybody who works out will tell you to eat lots of tuna. I like just plain tuna, straight out of the can, high in protein, and not saturated with fats and stuff from miracle whip, and whatever else people generally put in there.
