I was wondering if anybody could tell me what moldings these holes are for. I've looked on every company's web-site I could think of (lmc, chevyduty, etc..) and I cant find side moldings that would go here. I'm beginning to think that it was something one of the previous owners did with some generic trim. The holes stop just aft and fwd of the front and rear wheel-wells. Any info/pics would be greatly appreciated. I hope the pic shows where the holes are well enough.:phat:

Could it be that moldings use to go there. Someone over the years filled with filler and it has fell out? I have no clue other than that.

im pretty sure those holes arent for a factory molding of any kind. probably something a previuos owner did.

My guess is that PO tried having some mid-90's bottom moulding installed in the middle of your pickup. ???

I would try to get paint codes, and fill in those holes, and repaint.
