With the board meet coming up quickly ( 8 weeks woohoo) , it is the time we need to ask for your help. We are asking for donations for giveaways, doorprizes, goody bags etc.

Anything you wish to donate would be greatly appreciated. If you are reading this and wondering what kind of items we mean.. well we are open to anything.

The last meet we had, flyers, coupons, parts, hats, stickers and all kinds of goodies generously donated.

This is NOT LIMITED TO VENDORS.. we will be posting a paypal link, for those who can help us with the costs of this meet. Right now we have aprox 100 or so people confirmed to be attending.. and well thats alot of mouths to feed when we grill out on saturday night ;)

anyway.. if you wish to donate ANYTHING ( does not have to be truck oriented..) if you have leftover party favors from your kids last bday fling, or stuff you use to promote your business ( flashlights keychains etc) or are just wanting to clear out your used junk parts... let us know, we can use all the help we can get at this point!

Liz, I forgot we had a whole commercial sized box of heavy plastic forks (approx 1,000 forks) We can bring those (or at least some)if no one already has this covered. We only have forks, though......

I can bring 2 weber grilles, 10 12 packs of assorted non alcoholic drinks and 2 24 pack water, iced down in coolers. 4 2'X4' tables. 1 card table with 4 folding chairs. 4 bag type lawn chairs and 4 regular style. A small (10'X12') free standing canopy. I will have 2 generators 1 a 4400 watt and a 4000 watt. A 2 burner Coleman camp stove. 3 30 gal. garbage cans and a box of trash bags. I will have with me my Kubota utility vehickle to use where needed. I picked up a large first aid kit also. A cash donation will be brought to the meet by me as I don't do pay pal. Will add more if needed.

Ron I will take care of the charcoal. My daughter lives with a guy that makes the stuff. I can bring 2 40lbs bags unless more is needed. I just need to know how much. I can also bring a couple bottles of lighter fluid. I will also have a 10x10 canopy.

I will also have some items for door prizes.

Ok Mudder, I'll scratch charcoal off the list. What about grilles? Will there be enough?

No I'm not a vender but I just ordered a resupply of California Customs products to be used for door prizes. Three lucky people will be recieving a bottle of Oxidizer and a bottle of Purple Aluminum Polish/Cleaner.

I will also be giving examples of how well the M-Ron wax works and looks in direct sunlight.
