Timcos and I have been given the illustrious task of handling the swap meet event. Our plan is to place wooden stakes with numbered 5x7 cards at each space so you will know where to be and keep some order in the kaos. Each space will be approximately 12x12 so let us know if you need more than one spot. As of now there is no charge for a space but I'm sure no one would mind a small donation to the event.

Hey guys, I dont mean to step in and close this. This will be reopened soon. Right now we are having to replan out the place the swap meet will be held at, so we are not assigning spaces until James is able to give us a final ok on the sizes etc.
If you wish to post on the swap meet post letting us know the amount of space you would like, thats fine.

This WILL be reopened when we get the spacing worked out.

Again I apologize for stepping in, but we do not want any hard feelings from those expecting a certain spot etc.

OK guys this is what i have so far as far as space for everyone.The way the land lays here i have alot of room but it would just about be impossible to mark it off by a certain area ya know.So just let us know about what you are bringing and i am sure there is enough room for all :)

I am going to need roughly a 12x12 area, just a pickup load of stuff. Biggest piece will be a pair of bedsides. Maybe just park somewhere and sell out of the back of the truck?

what ever the deal is we need to have a plan and list of the folks that will be at the swap meet at least this will give us a idea as to what were looking at.

just remember this is a first time thing and were all learning :)

I was hoping to need a small spot, but no interest in my junk :hm:

We'll have a 20x30' tent & 1-24' Trailer & 1ton Truck, so I would guess 6 spots with them being 3 spots long & 2 spots deep, making it 36'x24'. We are also bringing a 20x20' tent & a 10x12 awning for everyone to hang out under.
