I dont have too Many here is So. Calif. a couple of Pick A Parts, and ecology centers, but nothing to brag about.. CA is tring to weed them out i guess.

Last time i went to pick a part. early one morning, there was 3 large trucks, i would say 10 - 20 guys per truck with list.
they rape everything good I guess for re sell or a Mexico run :-(

washington... cali...? I'm talkin about by Boss's place... durring the board meet.
We might just have to go check it out... might be hard to figure into the fun, but it may be worth it.
I could never understand why in gods name a junk yard would be closed on saturday, or sunday? Most ppl work. And many of them are only off on ... get this... saturday and sunday!
I dunno how some of these ppl make a living not catoring to there customers.

Maybe one of the mods or adms could explain threadjacking to 60ratrod and move his post over to GD. Thanks

Somebody should call that yard that is near Boss and let them know that there will be a bunch of potential customers in the area Saturday and Sunday. Who knows maybe they will hang around.

Hey Andy we may have to make a side trip to that place. BUT BUT BUT if we find any thing real good we may have to do a rolling drop off on our way back through OHIO:lol: so the parts stay loaded until they make it back to PA.

We will make room if we can :metal:

Hey Ya'll I've been a member for a while but haven't really been active for 2 1/2 years.... I live about 2 hours from the meet in Omaha, AR 72662. There's a yard about a half hour from me that specializes in these trucks. He has several that have just about any parts you want. I would be willing to escort everyone that wanted to go to it but it is a pretty good distance from the meet. Let me know, he is open on Saturdays only. Looking at about a 2 1/2 hour drive...... I also have a rebuilt 427 BBC still in crate if anyone is interested make an offer......I can bring it to the meet if someone wants it for sure..... Brandon

I know what she would think and not one bit of it would be good for either one of us  compromises could be reached though. I still don't thing there will be any engines in there unless they are nice and new I.E. no grease at all. BUT I will have clean sheets in there so we could put things on them to keep the van clean.
