Was wondering what kind of internet connection Boss had and if he had broadband (cable, DSL, satellite) and if so, whether he had a wireless router.
I know most of us are on vacation, but some of us have to work if it is an emergency. Most McDonalds now offer wireless, so that is a backup plan.
Was also thinking if anyone needed to buy more than they had in cash reserves, there is always good ole PayPal - which internet would be required.
Didn't know if anyone had considered this or not.
Not too mention all of the internet junkies and post whores.
I do have a wireless router and i am on hughesnet satelite internet so bring them on you junkies.......lol
 I think I can go a weekend w/o the internet.
You think are you not sure.........lol. j/k
Don't wanna borrow my sister's laptop, I'd never hear the end of it if I broke it.
Wont you get behind on your posting and who will watch the board while we are away? :)
I'm trying to get ahead on the posting, but I don't think my post count will suffer that badly from a 2 day absence.

I can't stay off of my Blackberry Pearl, last few months half of my reply's
and posts have been made from it. Nice to know that I will have access.
It's weird, the phone and internet work on 2 different systems, since the
place has a router I should be able to carry on in a normal capacity. :D

Have we become too dependent on technology or what? :) I remember the good old days where you could go camping in the mountains and absolutely noone could get a hold of you. No cells, laptops....Those were the days...:)

It's a sign of the times. I said something about campin there to my son, and he looks at me in all seriouseness, and says... how in the world will you keep your phone charged up?
:haha: I already have that one figured out.
