1966 Chevrolet Parts Truck - salvage papers only, rolling frame with good big window cab (no doors), short wide bed - no tailgate. Inner front fenders, core support and grille piece. I'd like to sale the truck as is for 1,200.00

Does thos parts truck come with an engine,,,,, is it a maunel steering or power steering setup,,,,, has the frame been painted already,,,, since I can see the truck was partially painted. Is the front inner fenders new or old stock repainted,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, kind of Interested!!!!

The truck came out of a bodyshop that went out of business. It came from a salvage yard. There was a 307 in truck when i got it. You are welcome to it.The frame has been painted SO-SO. the steering is modified to 67-72, I think. All of the sheetmetal on truck is original parts as far as i can tell. All of the parts are about #7 on a 1-10 scale. Unless there has been alot of stuff covered up. This would make driver quality parts. No title. These are all the parts i have for this year models. Price is neg. Delivery possible.

If the steering is modified does it have a 68-72 power steering gear box on it. Does it have a five lug diff,,,, And how much to deliver to Fort Worth, TX

I think the steering is power. I will have to look. It is 6 lug front and rear. If you think you are interested, i will be going out to where most of my truck are. I will look at it real good. I bought the bed for a man and had it sold to him. He wanted me to go get the rest of it. I paid 550.00 for everthing except the bed. And hauled it back. I just want to get most of my money out of it. I will think about the price to dallas area. It is about 5-6 hour drive.

I am interested in truck frame, bed, all front sheetmetal and chrome trim around both front & rear windshield, along with rear glass. NOT interested in Cab!!!!

How much for these items and delivery to DFW area.

The truck has a p/s box on it. It will HAVE to have a p/s spacer plate kit to make this box fit correct. It is just there to steer it, that is what it looks like. I am not sure if there is chrome around rear window. I have the cab sold to a kid at work, but i will have to finance or trade work out for it. I think he has small window truck. So he might need rear glass. Front chrome is ok.

The front chrome, front sheetmetal, bed parting out price was $900.00 total. The trip would cost me about $200.00. FUEL I will take $1100.00 for this delivered. Not sure about rear glass yet. That will make the frame to work out free. How ever you want to look at it.

I wll take $1000.00 for all of it if you pick it up ASAP

I understand about time to make trip. I have a regular job and this truck stuff takes up even more time. I have 2 swap meets that i put on in houston area coming up also in september. I will keep this truck stashed for you until September or so if you decide you want it and you come get it. I still have about a dozen trucks at this location. It will be ok for a few months. I am just tired of looking at this one, because i bought this truck for a man that had to have it. Money not a problem for him, just he is to buzy to come get it. I did not really want to hassle with taking it apart and parting it , but we will work out something. Think about it and let me know.

At this moment I'm going to have to pass, and let ironbutt_lcmc have the chance to buy it..... Don't get me wrong,, I really needed this parts truck to fix my 1966 long bed C-10 which is well optioned with a bent frame after an accident. If for any reason ironbutt_lcmc passes and you still have this truck at the end of August beginning of September. I will buy it, no problems (with $1100.00 price) at that time...... But I know how it is needing to sell items and getting them out of the way. Just P.M. me if no one shows interest and I will send you a partial payment and pay up the rest at the end of August. I still have complete truck that you see. I am bringing it to a Houston swap meet this weekend to try to sell complete. Iron butt is going to try to look at it this weekend. I will let you know if i still have it next week.
