Well, you got plenty of choices.
I used to be a Ribeye lover. Then I landed pretty firmly on the New York Strip. I am leaning now toward the Portherhouse, as it has some nice meat.

If you want some description - here you go.

Also let me know how you like it cooked here:

Yup, I'm a porter house man too. MMmmmm you just planned my supper for me! Thanks:lol:

Also like prime rib & filet. But if I had to pick a last meal, it'd be porterhouse all the way. As big as a dinner plate and about 1" thick!

We usually grill N.Y. strips. The fat in those gives the best flavor ever:metal:

I have a SPAM type of budget. The nice thing about that is that you can cut it as thick or as thin as you like. In all seriousness I love a nice porterhouse. Although I did have a nice cut at the KEG the other night, I just can't remember what it was right now, I remember how much the bill was just not the cut of meat.

I like MEAT!

Steaks? Porterhouse, T-bone, K.C. Strip, Ribeye - in that order. I'll do a bacon wrapped filet mignon every once in a blue moon.

Prime Rib, cooked correctly, is probably my favorite. I like it Cajun style - cooked normally, then quickly sear in the jiuces.

I don't get steak very often. Too expensive to feed the whole family very often. But, man, when I do, I LOVE it.
