For your steak do you go sauce less or do you use it?
Dip or cover the steak?
also what is the best sauce?

For the most part, our meat will have enough flavor in it, so you wouldn't need sause, but if worse comes to worse....

If a steak requires a "sauce" then something is wrong with it ... bad meat or a bad cook.
:agree: My steak needs no sauce, but in a restaurant I usually go with A-1.
no sauce, unless its well done, then i dredge it in anything close to kill the dryness :)

If it ain't mooing, you cooked it too long. In that instance you may need some sauce.

:confused: on steak.
If done right I go sauce-less also. I sometimes get on the wife a little when she does it. I just wanted to see what everyone else does. And to see if I'm being to hard on her by saying "next time I'm cooking you hamburger"
