My favorite place is a little mexican place in the next town called Pancho Villa. They have some of the best food around, and everyone in the family loves it

I'd have to go with Toot's. It's a restaurant that's kind of like a Hooters but more modest. Great food, there's one south of me in Murfreesboro and one up in Bowling Green, KY which is actually closer to me. I usually go to that one alot.

I have never ate at a cracker barrel. That is one restaurant that we wanted to try when we where on our way to the meet, just never happened I guess.

If we are going out for chinese we go to the Mandarin.

Other than that my wife loves Boston Pizza.

BIGCHEVYMAN, it's a small world.

Danny Evins should have bought that old Cracker Barrel building back. His Uncle Herschel, the old man sitting in the rocking chair in their logo, used to sit on the front porch of that place back in the day and rock... back and forth... back and forth.

I'm just down the road from ya in Lebanon.

Me? I like to go to Chef Wangs in Murfreesboro. Their Mongolian BBQ (just a fancy name for open grill stir frying) is awesome. I load up with a ton of shrimp and eat till I almost puke. haha Be careful telling them that you like it hot there though. The little Chinese fella there will accomodate ya big time.

Looks like Tennessee is represented fairly well in this thread. :metal:

P.F. Chang's is really good, just a little to pricey for me. I'll eat there when somebody else is paying. lol There's one in Franklin, TN near my Mother's home. I like their lettuce wraps (yeah, I know - FuFu. lol).

My family and I love Chinese at a little place called Cheng's in Tucson. We used to get it delivered when we lived near the UofA. They close4d that one down, and the other one on the northwest side of town isn't quite as good, but still better than anywhere else!! PF Chang's is way too pricey and the food is OK. I like teriyaki chicken, not hard to do but I am pickey and too sweet or salty and I can't stand it. I have come to appreciate Samuari Sam's fast teriyaki!!

Quick - Chipotle
Slightly Slower - Ruby's BBQ

There are a LOT of other places I need to try here, so I'm sure that will change...

Nah, I don't remember that. What movie?

Peking is one of my favorite local eateries. Their hot and sour soup is the best around. I don't know what's in it, and probably don't want to know lol, but it sure is good.

I like Lebanon. I've only lived here about 15 years. I'm from Franklin. That's my hometown (although I was an Army brat - Ft. Campbell). Danny Evins daughter is a good friend of ours. Her sons and my kids grew up together. Do you remember Meachum's Restaurant in the Kroger plaza? Their Honey Glazed Beef Tips were to die for.

Car show? No, I hadn't heard about it. What kind? They had a Mopar show weekend before last. I didn't go until Sunday afternoon. Missed most everything. My future son-in-law is into the mini-trucks. He goes to Slammin' n' Jammin'. I went one year. It was okay. I'll probably go back. My favorite was the bikini contest. haha
