my mom use to cook pot roast in a dutch oven. Ive never used one myself. What is your favorite dish?

I thought a dutch oven was when you passed gas in the bed and threw the covers over your wifes head.:lol:

The family favorite is Home Style Pork Chops:

Pork chops browned in dutch
Place stuffing balls on top (Croutons with melted butter formed into balls)
Quartered potatoes around stuffing balls
Cream of whatever soup over everything

Cooked @ 350 for about an hour.
