Theres Beer bread and Beer sausage. Both are pretty good I think.

I pour beer over what I`m grilling,sometimes on purpose:lol:.Sometimes for flavor on chicken and sometimes to cool the coals and get the vapors to moisten.
I also use it when frying susage in a pan.I always use a bit of water in the pan and keep replenishing it.But,sometimes I pour the beer to it.
What kind?Depends on what I`m drinking.

my favorite is making a beer brine solution marinateing a turkey for a day or two then slocookin it on my weber charcoal grill over wood chunks for about 6-8hours// the worst part is after all that effort i'm rarely hungry when the bird is done cause i've been tastin all the side dishes all daay long

I like the chicken cooker where you open 2 cans of beer. 1 stays in your hand the other you open and place the chicken over it and stand it in a pan on the bbq. The meat turns out really moist.

I have a buddy who boils hot dogs in beer. I haven't tried it but he swears by it!

When I BBQ tri-tip I use lots of spices and beer and soak it for 24 hours. I also use beer to pour over the meat some to knock down the flames.

I have a chili recipe that has won 4 times in 3 years at the same cook-off (first time I won for the mild chili and for hot chili categories) and it's because of the BEER! There you go my secret is out. They banned me for the next 5 years too!!! The secret is to cook off all the liquid from the peppers,mushrooms, onions and drain off the liquid from the beans and tomatoes, Bar-Be-Que the sausage to remove the fat and replace all those liquids with BEER!

Is there anything Beer can't do?

my wife ( who is by far the best cook ive ever known) introduced me to london broil marinated in beer and butter ( overnight) and then grilled it tastes great but its murder on the arteries id bet
